Regarding Returns:

Dear friends,

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the return shipping fee, and the specific amount shall be subject to the courier company you choose. If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping fees incurred thereby.

Return Fees:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and related taxes.
• If the package is attempted to be delivered multiple times but no one signs for it, or the package is unreasonably rejected, it will be returned. The buyer will bear the return shipping fee and a restocking fee (total: 25% of the purchase price).
• Fees for returns due to damage caused by our transportation will be borne by the team.

Refunds:

Please send your return request email to kingbol2023@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will promptly reply to your email and initiate the return process. After we receive the returned item, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within approximately 7 working days. (All international duties and taxes are non-refundable.)
